  • CCIFF reserves the right to change the event date,venue and activities
  • The conference fee of the festival 300 CAD (including the booklet fee) and invitation letter admin fee 50 CAD are required
  • Opening/closing ceremony,reward gala and related activities are included in the conference fee
  • Meal plan, transpotation and poster printing fee are voluntary
  • If paid by other currency, payment will be calculated by real time exchange rate
